Empowerment

A full body muscle strengthening program that uses the best exercise tool, the human body. It is designed to tone, strengthen, increase endurance, and improve overall fitness. It strengthens the tendons with the goal of overall strength and injury prevention (Kangoo Jumps).
It focuses on symmetrical posture, breath control, strengthening the abdominals, stabilizing the spine, pelvis and scapula. It also focuses on muscle flexibility, joint mobility and strengthening through full range of motion. Changes and postures are done slowly and in a controlled manner and breathing also treats the body as a whole so it does not cause injuries. It is also an ideal program for people with muscle and joint injuries.

Recovery

The goal is to improve the flexibility of the muscular system (muscle flexibility). Through exercises performed at different rhythms and with a specific way of breathing that enhances muscle relaxation.
